Manchester United has been the English record champion for a few days. Now the traditional English club is aiming for a big hit in the Champions League: With a win in the final against FC Barcelona, United could win the premier Class for the fourth time. The club has been home to and produced many outstanding players throughout its history. To shorten your waiting time until the final, we have put together the best 22 (this list is not extensive):
22 Best Players of Manchester United
A list will NOT be complete if Duncan Edwards is not on it. Those who played against or with him consider him one of the best.
Edwards was a powerhouse talented enough to play almost any position, a real Busby’s Babes gem.
Unfortunately, he died early, aged 21, in a tragic plane crash in Munich.
Sir Bobby Charlton
This player is one of the best of all time. He has won everything in his career, including a Ballon d’Or. He was a legend both at United – where he won titles such as the European Cup (current Champions League) – and in England, leading the team to the trophy of the 1966 World Cup.
Only Wayne Rooney and Harry Kane have scored more goals than him in the national team, while only Ryan Giggs has entered the field more often in a United shirt.
Nobby is another United legend. He was the protagonist of the 1966 World Cup triumph.
Despite being short, Stiles was tough in the fall. And the marking he made against Portuguese star Eusébio, both in the World Cup and in the 1968 European Cup final, was a lesson to be followed.
McIlroy deserved to be part of a much more successful United team, but he gained legendary status among the club’s supporters as one of the stars of the 1970s.
Scoring on his debut against Manchester City certainly helped, while he was also part of Tommy Docherty’s Division Two winning side in ’75.
Busby’s last managerial appointment, McIlroy won his only major trophy for United in 1977, when they won the FA Cup.
From very early on, Whiteside filled fans with expectations. That’s because he was the youngest player to play in a World Cup, aged 17 and 41 when he entered the 1982 final. He was also the youngest to score a goal in a League Cup final in 83. Furthermore, he was also the first player to score in both domestic finals in the same season.
However, injuries and lack of discipline from one of the most talented players of a generation ended up derailing his career.
Mark Robins will forever remain the man who saved Sir Alex Ferguson’s job. After all, who knows what would have happened to United if he hadn’t scored in the 1990 FA Cup semi-final?
Although the club had always maintained that Ferguson’s job was not on the line when their struggling side traveled to face Nottingham Forest in search of a draw, it’s hard to imagine he would have survived the season had it not been for the goal by Robins, who later scored more on the way to Wembley.
Robins never established himself as a great player, but few were as integral to Ferguson’s success at United.
Beckham is a global icon who has transcended football with his achievements on and off the pitch. His good looks and his Spice Girl wife, Victoria, let him gracefully grace the front pages beyond the sports section – but they also somewhat overshadowed his game.
Still, Beckham played for United and Real Madrid, two of the biggest clubs in the world. From his midfield goal against Wimbledon in 1996 to his dramatic free-kick against Greece to earn England’s place at the 2002 World Cup, he has always been a man for the big occasions.
In addition, he was one of the worst in the MLS, and today he owns his own franchise in the American League with Inter Miami.
Nicknamed ‘Satnav’ because of his ability to find someone with a pass, Scholes was one of the most underrated members of the Class of ’92 – but not by those who played with or against him.
His list of admirers includes Pep Guardiola – who described him as the “best midfielder of his generation” – Zinedine Zidane – who called him “untouchable” – and the great Xavi of Barcelona – who called him the “most complete ” midfielder.
Scholes dictated football with his passing, but he also had an eye for spectacular goals. Throughout his career, he won several trophies, including 11 Premier League titles and one Champions League in a career full of trophies.
Neville was a reference on the right side of United for a long time – more precisely, 602 games, with 17 major titles for the only club in which he played in his career.
Fast, courageous, and a born leader, Neville was often used as a role model to inspire players who came after his 1992 team.
The amount of promising new talent that emerged after the Class of ’92 dwindled dramatically, but Wes Brown was one that gave a lot of anticipation that he would achieve great things. It was also hoped that he would form a lasting partnership with Rio Ferdinand – but Nemanja Vidic arrived to change the conversation.
Although he never realized his potential as a center-back, he was an important part of the 2008 Champions League-winning side, playing right back. And, even without reaching the expected peak, he won 11 major titles for United.
Another underrated youngster who lacked the glitz and glamor of the more famous revelations but still played an important role in Ferguson’s final tenure at United was Darren Fletcher, winner of five Premier League titles with the team.
He was the closest United came to replacing Roy Keane’s box-area talent, and his absence from the 2009 Champions League final, according to Ferguson, was one of the reasons for the Red Devils’ defeat.
Not all revelations write a United success story. And that is the case, for example, of Gerard Piqué, who, despite not having stayed with the Red Devils, has undeniable greatness.
A Barcelona and Spanish legend, he is one of the most decorated footballers of all time, winning 26 major trophies, including three Champions Leagues, the World Cup, and the European Championship.
United managed to pull him out of La Masia, Barcelona’s famous academy but saw him return to his parent club in 2008 when questions were raised as to whether his style fit in the Premier League.
United fans had to wait to get a good look at Pogba – but he was another to drop out of the Red Devils’ academy after being bought from Le Havre as a youth.
Pogba has already started to attract attention from the grassroots level, but he infuriated Ferguson by deciding to join Juventus for free when he failed to renew with the Red Devils. The return came only years later, in 2016, already as a consecrated player and involving very high figures of 89 million pounds.
However, United did not have the best of Pogba, who, even though he won the World Cup as a player for the Red Devils, did not present his best football before again leaving the English for Juventus.
Morrison will always be one of the great wasted talents. A world-class talent, destined early on to be a major US star, he had disciplinary problems that led Ferguson to “quit” on him, which resulted in him joining West Ham in 2012.
Since then, the most that have been seen are glimpses of the expected great talent, but never as often as they imagined.
Now he’s joined Waye Rooney at DC United, and, at 29, he could be getting an opportunity for redemption.
Rashford has already introduced himself to the United fans in the best possible way: he scored four goals in his first two games, which only came because Louis Van Gaal had an injury crisis in his attack.
And since then, Rashford has only established himself further in the team. However, in recent years he has been dealing with some injuries and changes at the club that has hindered his performance.
However, he is still only 24 years old and has plenty of time to live up to expectations.
Sir Alex Ferguson has made many transfers in his career, but with hindsight, he describes the signing of the unassuming Denis Irwin as the best of all. He steered the Irishman from Oldham Athletic to Manchester in 1990 for £625.00 (almost one million euros). Inconspicuous but always satisfactory, Irwin performed his duties as left-back. He was not a friend of big words, always polite and modest; he was a quiet salesman. Nothing could faze Irwin, he was a proficient penalty taker, and his last-minute winner against Southampton in 1995 kept the title race open to the end.
Denis Irwin is eighth in United’s all-time rankings. His farewell game against Manchester City was so intense that he had to be substituted off through injury after a foul by George Weah just over half an hour later. Today he works as a reporter for Manchester’s own broadcaster MUTV, as well as being a columnist and TV expert.
Roy Keane was the kind of captain Sir Alex Ferguson could not have imagined better. Ferguson was also a hothead and tireless fighter when he was playing. He recognized these qualities in the Irish roughneck Roy Keane and brought him to Manchester for the then-record sum of 3.75 million pounds (around five million euros). The man with number 16 inherited veteran Bryan Robson and won the double with United. Youngsters like David Beckham, Ryan Giggs, and Paul Scholes moved up, allowing Keane, an experienced player, to take the lead.
After the surprise departure of Eric Cantona, making Keane his new captain was a logical decision for Ferguson. Despite his antics off the field and numerous dismissals, he was always the undisputed boss. He did the dirty work with full commitment and was there when he was needed. For example, in the 1999 Champions League semi-final against Juventus Turin: After a 1-1 draw at home, the English were already 0-2 behind in the “Delle Alpi” after just a few minutes. Keane rolled up his sleeves and headed in the goal. “A captain’s goal,” the hit on the island was then called. Manchester won the game 3-2. In 2005 he moved to Celtic Glasgow for a year before retiring. At his farewell match between the two clubs, there were 69.
Observing young George Best in Belfast, United scout Bob Bishop cabled head coach Matt Busby: “I think I’ve just spotted a genius here.” Best moved to Manchester. There, he became not only the best winger of his time but also one of the first stars in football. The lively right-wing combined speed, trickery, and two-footedness. Off the field, he made headlines with his extravagant lifestyle, and his alcohol problems also affected the late phase of his career. Genius and madness are very close together.
He played for United for 11 years, scoring 179 goals in 470 games. He then ended his career in the USA, Scotland, and even Hong Kong, among other places. The IFHHS named him the 11th best player of all time in 1999, and the saying still applies in Manchester and his native Ireland: “Maradona good, Pele better, George Best.”
The career of the “Welsh Wizard” is nothing short of superlative: Sir Alex Ferguson brought Ryan Giggs from local rivals City to the “Red Devils” at the age of 14. He has now been at the club for 24 years, has set the record for over 800 professional games, and was voted the best United player of all time by the fans. Giggs has won a total of 33 titles and nearly every individual award the island has to offer.
Giggs started his career as a classic left winger. Thanks to his enormous speed and gifted technique, he quickly became a nightmare for his opponents. Luis Figo once described him as ‘the most talented player in the world,’ and Zinedine Zidane surmised that had Giggs been French, he would have been on the bench for the national team. The 37-year-old is considered a model professional who, thanks to his reclusive way of life, can still deliver great performances even in old age. Coach Ferguson now uses him mostly at headquarters, where Giggs continues to be a key player for Manchester thanks to his game vision and passing accuracy.
“1966 was a big year for English football: Eric was born.” Manchester United fans still pay homage to Eric Cantona with sayings like this. The “Enfant Terrible” was a brilliant striker. One who was always able to decide a game with an ingenious move. He had superb technique, was callous, and was a born leader. The Frenchman, who wore the legendary number ‘7’ on his jersey, joined United in 1992 from Leeds United as Sir Alex Ferguson’s absolute dream player. Right away, he led the traditional club to its first championship since 1967.
The fans also forgive “King Eric” for his kung fu kick against a Crystal Palace fan, which is why he was banned for half a year. Cantona later said, “I’ve had a lot of good moments in my career. But the one I prefer is when I kicked the hooligan.” At the age of 31, he surprisingly ended his career in 1997. Since then, he has worked, among other things, as an advertising figure for a sporting goods manufacturer and national coach of the French national beach soccer team. A few months ago, he was hired as a consultant by the American club New York Cosmos.
Mark Hughes spent the most successful time of his career at ManUnited. He started his career there, and after two brief stints at FC Barcelona and Bayern Munich, he returned in 1988 for what was then a record fee of £1.8m (about €3m). “Sparky” was promptly voted England’s Player of the Year by his peers. He guided United to victory in the FA Cup (the success that kept Sir Alex Ferguson in charge), and in 1992, he scored both goals in the 1992 European Cup Winners’ Cup final against his former club Barcelona.
Eric Cantona moved to Manchester, and together with Hughes, he formed the best striker duo on the island. In 1995, Ferguson decided to sell Hughes to Chelsea for a lot of money and sign the up-and-coming Andy Cole. Hughes played for Southampton, Everton, and Blackburn Rovers before hanging up his boots in 2002. He now works as a coach at Fulham FC.
Anyone who visits “Old Trafford” cannot ignore Denis Law. The club, along with Sir Bobby Charlton and George Best, erected a statue of their former goalscorer in front of the stadium. Law, who was born in Aberdeen, Scotland, is still the second top scorer in United’s history. He scored an impressive 237 goals in 404 games. He started his career at Huddersfield Town before joining United via Man City and Torino. There he spent his most successful time and was named Europe’s footballer of the year in 1964.
Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are certainly among the top scorers of the 21st century. But even before them, there were enough players in the history of football. In this article, we have compiled a rating of the top scorers in football history since 1900.
1. Gunnar Nordahl (Sweden) – 661 goals
Gunnar Nordahl rose to prominence in European football in the late 1940s. After starting his career in Hernefors, Sweden, he quickly became the top scorer in Swedish football. After the Swedish national team’s victory at the 1948 Olympics, Nordahl moved to Milan along with two other Swedish players: Gunnar Gren and Niels Liedholm. Thus was born the legendary Gre-No-Lee trio, who scored 118 goals in 38 games in their first season in Milan. The legendary Swede was the top scorer in the Italian championship five times between 1950 and 1955. In addition to Milan, Nordahl played for Roma for a short time.
2. Roberto Dynamite (Brazil) – 670 goals
Brazilian soccer legend Roberto Dynamite was initially given his nickname by a journalist who was so impressed with his performance that he dubbed him “Dynamite Boy.” He scored most of his goals in the home arena and Dynamite peaked in the ’70s and ’80s when he played for Vasco da Gama. In 1979 Dynamite moved to Barcelona but had no luck there and returned to their former club. The forward retired in 1993 but still remains the top scorer in the history of the Brazilian championship.
3. Imre Schlosser (Hungary) – 679 goals
Long before the appearance of the “magic Magyars” generation, Imre Schlosser played in the Hungarian national team, which frightened all goalkeepers in Europe. The legendary striker started his career way back in 1905 and spent 23 years in big football. Since 1911, the Hungarian forward has been named the top scorer in European leagues four times in a row and still holds the performance record in the Hungarian championship. The International Federation of Football History and Statistics included him in the list of the greatest footballers of the 20th century, in which Schlosser is ranked 42nd between Giacinto Facchetti and Alessandro Mazzola.
The name Ferenc Puskas still remains synonymous with the goalscorer. The main star of the golden generation of the Hungarian national team was perhaps the best European player of the late 1950s. Playing for the Hungarian “Honved,” he gained worldwide fame and scored a goal in almost every game with an opponent. In 1956, Puskas fled to Spain when an uprising broke out in Hungary, after which the legendary striker started playing for Real Madrid. There he formed a relationship with Alfredo di Stefano, who is still considered one of the best in the world. Puskas is considered one of the best players in football history. FIFA named the award for the best goal of the year after him.
5. Zico (Brazil) – 857 goals
Brazilian soccer player Zico was one of the brightest stars of world soccer in the second half of the 20th century. He had phenomenal dribbling and rose to fame as the champion of the Standards. As of 1971, he is the top scorer in Flamengo history. In the 80s, Juventus and Barcelona fought for him, but Zico joined the humble Udinese and became their top scorer. After completing his career, the Brazilian went to play beach soccer, where he delighted fans until 1996. Zico is included in every possible list of the best footballers of the 20th century and is considered one of the best dribblers in the history of football.
6. Eusebio da Silvia Ferreira (Portugal) – 886 goals
European fans once perceived Portugal national team legend Eusebio as a real phenomenon. He was able to run a hundred meters in 10.8 seconds, which is faster than Cristiano Ronaldo’s (11.1 seconds). The Portuguese spent the entire European part of his career at Benfica, with whom he won the Champions Cup and reached the final of this tournament three times. In addition, Eusebio received the Golden Shoe twice; in 1965, he won the Golden Ball.
The best moments in life are often accompanied by special music. For this reason, we sat down together and looked for the top 10 casino songs. Surely you will find one or the other playlist on this topic. However, we do not want to withhold our list from you, in which we have considered classics and newer songs. Have fun listening!
1. Elvis Presley – Viva Las Vegas
No list would be complete without this classic. The King of Pop loved to party and rarely said no to a good glass of whiskey. In this song from 1964, the city of Las Vegas is described with all its facets. Of course, you can win or lose at gambling, but still, this song makes you want to take a trip to a casino or maybe even to the shiny city.
2. Stevie Nicks – The Dealer
American singer Stevie Nicks found this song, which was written back in 1979 but never released, and then made it her own in 2014. What makes this lyric a bit different from the others on this list is the fact that it is portrayed from the perspective of the croupier. He describes himself as a card shark who uses perfidious tactics to keep the player at the table.
3. Sinatra – Luck be a Lady
Although this casino song came out in 1950, it was the cover version by Frank Sinatra in 1965 that became a popular hit. Here it is told from the point of view of a gambler trying to win a bet and then the chosen one of his heart at that. Frank Sinatra himself loved gambling and could be found regularly in Las Vegas casinos. In his song he assumes that you can have luck not only in gambling, but also in love.
4. Die Toten Hosen – Love Gambler
This song appeared in 1984 on the album Unter falscher Flagge and is about horse betting. Singer Campino tells here the story of Liebesspieler, a horse on which he bets all his money and at the same time also tries to impress his beloved. Unfortunately, the song does not end well for the narrator. Liebesspieler only comes second in a head-to-head race and the beloved turns the narrator down.
There is a rumor that Liebesspieler is a real horse at the racetrack in Düsseldorf. The band members have noticed that it almost always loses and at some point put money on it.
5. Kenny Rogers – The Gambler
This song is also a cover version. The original was written by Don Schnitz in 1976, but Kenny Rogers made it famous in 1978. In the song, we board a train on the way to nowhere. The narrator meets a gambler who, in return for a glass of whiskey and a cigar, gives him tips and advice on how to play poker. In the end, the player dies and the narrator finds an ace, which he keeps as a memento of the encounter.
6. Megadeth – Train of Consequence
If you are familiar with the metal genre, you have surely heard one or another song of this band. In 1994 they released “Train of Consequence”, a song that talks about the negative effects of gambling. Here, the narrator is a gambler who talks about how everyone just wants to borrow money from him and he doesn’t trust anyone anymore, especially not even himself. Although he has already lost his mind, there is no turning back for him, as he is already on the train of consequences.
7. ABBA – The winner takes it all
As in most of the other casino songs on this list, gambling is used to compare it to lovemaking. It goes similarly in this song by the Swedish global stars from 1980, in which a woman sings about her grief when she realizes that she has lost her husband to another woman. Poetically, she sings that she has played all her cards and can’t find an ace up her sleeve to save the relationship.
8. AC/DC – Sin City
The “city of vices” or the “sinful city” – there are many names by which Las Vegas is known. Even AC/DC could not help but create a song about the gambling metropolis. Here it goes very rocky and loud and overall we learn how great the desire to win brings a lot of people to Las Vegas.
9. Die Ärzte – Never again war, never again Las Vegas
With a lot of humor, the German band takes gambling on the chin in 1998. In this song, the narrator confesses how he woke up naked in the gutter after a rough night and lost all his money. He explains how he used to have a lot of success playing Monopoly and the lottery, until he went on to roulette and slowly ran towards his downfall. However, the music is kept relatively optimistic and as we know it no differently from the doctors, one should take the lyrics with a wink.
10 Motörhead – Aces of Spade
Our tenth hit on the list of the best casino songs goes full throttle once again. In 1980, this song about blackjack came out and a declaration of love to the ace of spades. The heavy metal band uses a lot of clichés, like the fact that the whole lyrics about gambling can be seen as an allegory to life. The singer of the band liked to gamble himself, but rather on slot machines.

If you have children, you can relate to the need to distract your child and get work done. You don’t have to waste your child’s time playing insignificant games. Instead, expose them to games that will improve their cognitive or physical abilities. Yes, they do exist.
I have compiled a list of the best iPad and iPhone games available for kids. I’m sure they will enjoy them.
1. Children’s games for 2,3,4, and 5-year-olds: The best educational game
These are the five most important years for a child. This is when cognitive abilities develop at a rapid pace. These games should be used to help their development.
Games for children aged 2, 3, and 4 years help to improve children’s understanding of instructions and their ability to implement them. Games can be used to help children develop their problem-solving skills and creative nuances.
The app uses cartoon characters as a way to grab the attention of children. Based on children’s responses to the games, these characters interact directly with the children. It almost seems like these characters are holding onto the children’s hands and walking them through the various games.
2. Angry Birds II: The best turn-based strategy video game
Since its inception in 2009, the Angry Birds franchise has been a huge success. The game has been continually updated in light of rapid technological advancements. You can even get this game in Augmented Reality!
It is, however, a puzzle-based game. You’ll find that this game enhances your logical thinking, as well as hand-eye coordination. For children 4 years and older, I highly recommend this game.
The game’s audio and graphics will keep children engaged for a long time. You can also increase the difficulty of the game, which adds an additional layer to the gameplay.
It can also be addictive. Parents need to be aware of how much exposure their children are getting.
3. LEGO DUPLO WORLD: Good alternative for preschoolers
LEGO is still a favorite franchise with children and adults. LEGO building blocks were used in the past to inspire imagination and creativity. Because children are increasingly exposed to mobile devices at an early stage, LEGO DUPLO WORLD makes a great choice to help preschool children learn.
This game has an open ending and uses various strategies like Family Camping and Number Train to teach children different skills. Activities and logical reasoning exercises will be provided to encourage creativity.
LEGO DUPLO World is worth a download. The in-app purchase can be quite costly, however.
4. Disney Story Realms – To promote a reading habit
Reading is one of our most important habits. This habit is quickly disappearing. Start small if your child wants to establish a reading routine.
Disney Story Realms features interactive stories featuring the most loved characters of the franchise. Moana and Toy Story 4 are just a few of the many interactive stories available. You will also find new interactive stories and realms frequently added, so your child won’t be bored.
A majority of the content is still blocked due to a paywall. To give your child and you access to more stories and realms, a paying member will be required.
6. Which game would you choose? What would you choose?
Did you ever have trouble getting your family to play a game together? Are you having trouble getting different children to get along for a game night? What would you choose? They’d love to have a conversation about “Rather.”
This party game contains safe and enjoyable content for children. This game is great for all ages and provides hours of entertainment.
The basic idea behind the game is very simple. Two scenarios will be presented to the player with different prompts. They must choose one. These scenarios can be hilarious and break the ice, and they can often spark interesting conversations.
I recommend this game to children above the age of 10. The prompts are repetitive and can get tedious after repeated plays.
Speech Development is an important aspect of a child’s development. The Sago Mini First Words app makes it easier to help your child develop their speech skills.
You will find many games in the app to help with your child’s speech therapy. These games have been created with speech pathologists and are based on proven methods to help your child get the treatment they need.
Each game is tailored to children below the age of 5. The app also features interactive videos that teach toddlers how to use their first letters. There are hundreds to choose from, each one based on the development of your child. Monthly updates keep them all current.
Fruit Ninja has been a popular mobile game ever since the introduction of smartphones. To this day, I still enjoy cutting and slicing random fruits.
The game can help improve hand-eye coordination. You must have quick reflexes to reach a high score. Fruit Ninja is great for children aged 4 or older.
A small strategy aspect of the game is also included. The player must cut certain fruits, which gives them boosts. The game offers a variety of modes and blades, which will keep your children interested.
Its in-game currency is what I disliked about the new version. While they are essential to the game’s progression, they can usually only be bought with real money.
Puzzingo is a puzzle game that encourages creativity in children and keeps them entertained. You will find over 100 puzzles, all animated and interactive. These puzzles can be used to aid your child’s memory, spatial recognition, and fine motor skills.
Your child will have an absolute blast trying to order shapes, letters, or numbers. The interactivity will help your child develop their cognitive skills. You can also update the game frequently so your child will always have something new to play.
Access to all the puzzles will require you to pay a premium.
Because of the vast amount of content in the App store, it can be difficult for parents to find the best kids’ games. However, I tried to find the best iPhone apps for kids based on different criteria.
The topic of kids’ games is a little strange. Fortnite and kids age faster than ever. Therefore, we concentrated on grade school students who may still be interested in educational and child-friendly games. Each game is completely safe for children. Most of them do not have micro-transactions and/or offensive advertisements. It should be easy for parents to simply hand their phones to their children and allow them to play. These are the top Android apps for kids.
11 Best Android Games for Kids
Bubadu kids games
Bubadu, a developer studio, has produced a number of children’s games. Although they aren’t all that great, there are a lot of good ones worth looking at. While the games are not educational in nature, they are still fun to play. There are games about becoming a doctor, going shopping, and being a dentist. There are also games about making cakes and building things. Each game has its own mechanics, but they are not difficult to learn. The ideas presented should be easy for most people. The majority of these games are free to download. You can usually get the full version for as low as $0.99 with an in-app purchase. Bubadu has two developer pages. The first link is above. The other is M by Bugbadu and includes all of the other children’s games.
Endless games include a variety of games for children. There are many in the collection, including Endless Alphabet (Endless Reader), Endless Numbers (Endless Numbers), Endless Wordplay (Endless Spanish), and Endless Reader (Endless Reader). They are very easy to play. They are also educational for the player. There is a limited amount of content available in the free games. The rest of the content can be purchased for a fee. Although the games are expensive, they offer solid experiences.
Human Heroes: Einstein’s Clock, a children’s game, has educational elements. Stephen Fry provides voiceover work as he plays Albert Einstein. There are a number of mini-games in the game that will help children understand the concept of time. While they will be able to learn the basics of telling time with an analog clock, there is more advanced stuff. The game’s execution has been outstanding, even for older players. We hope the developer adds more titles to this series.
Intellijoy is an Intellijoy developer on the Google Play Store, which specializes in children’s games. There are simple titles like Connect The Dots and ABC Letters. There is also more leisurely stuff like Kid’s Painting or Preschool Puzzles. Parents love most of their apps and games, which are also great for younger children. Click the button to view their entire library. The all-in-one app allows you to purchase all of their games at $32.99. You will pay more for the games if you purchase them separately. These games are available for free if you don’t wish to pay.
LEGO games are great games for children. You can choose from a wide range of titles, including Star Wars, comic books, and many of their original games. Many of the games can be described as adventure games. The mechanics are varied, but they’re all easy to understand and fun to play. They are almost completely free. A few of these can interact with existing products. For example, you could buy figurines and use them in LEGO Hidden Side. LEGO is a great company that offers augmented reality experiences such as this. It is the only developer that tries this type of fancy stuff in a product for children.
Minecraft is one of the most beloved games. It’s loved by kids and grown-ups alike. It is a blank canvas from which players start. Mining and crafting are also possible. It is possible to put younger children in creative mode so they don’t have to worry about everything. Younger children may find survival mode more enjoyable. It doesn’t matter how hard they play it; children love this game. Because of this, my Xbox keeps it connected to my Xbox so that friends can bring their kids along. The game is quite expensive at $6.99. However, customization skins are available through in-app purchases and do not affect the game.
PBS Kids, the PBS development studio for children’s programming, is located at PBS. You will find a wide range of apps and games designed for children. They have a large collection. Many of the games feature characters from PBS’s various programs. PBS Kids Games, which combines some of these elements into one game, is also available. Their stuff is almost all free. It’s great for your kids and your wallet. The Cat in the Hat Builds That, their latest game, is also quite good.
Duck Duck Moose offers a fun and free kids’ game called Pet Bingo. It’s a mixture of a game for pets, bingo, and math. You’ll get simple math puzzles for your children and cute animals to care for after you solve them. The math portion covers basic mathematics and can be quite difficult. This game is recommended for children between 5 and 10, though the developers suggest that older kids might find the numbers more challenging. Google Play’s description of the game mentions a 50% sale. However, Google Play itself lists it as free. During our testing, we didn’t need to pay anything.
Poio, an educational game, has a high price tag and tons of content. It aims to teach kids reading and seems to go through every step of the process. The game adapts to the needs of your child as they learn. The game is always challenging. At the end of the story, your child should read the book to you and not the other way around. Because it costs $18.99, there aren’t many Google Play reviews. The game is quite popular with those who have taken the plunge.
Toca Boca’s mobile games are some of our favorites. They put you in situations that allow your child to do things. You can play games about cooking, traveling, shopping, the big city, and hair. You can select from both paid and free versions of most games. They can be quite entertaining. There are many other games you can choose from. There should be something for every age group.
A game that needs no introduction. Probably each of us at least once played Tetris, trying to match the appropriate shapes of the falling blocks. Today, the application is available on Android smartphones in a new, graphically refreshed version. The game is simple and perfect for the youngest fans of multimedia entertainment.
Although it may sound old-fashioned, the best card games provide tons of entertainment. This proves that you don’t have to get a gaming console or a PC in order to have fun with your loved ones. Today’s card games offer more fun options, creative themes, and interactive elements than ever before. These are the top card games in 2022, which are sure to bring hours of enjoyment, no matter if you are looking for something new or a twist on an old favourite.
A deck of playing cards can transform any family night into a game or a relaxing drinking game. After your 10th round, you may be ready to move on to something new. These engaging new games allow you to travel to new places in your mind with their inspiring artwork and compelling storytelling.
Race for the Galaxy allows players to create resources on other planets and increase their control over space. Everdell lets players invite forest critters into their communities to build new structures and compete for different combinations in an environment that is visually stunning. Time Stories lets players explore mysteries in Lovecraftian hospitals, zombie-infested cities, and other ancient Egyptian cities.
Are you looking for fun and provocative games to enjoy with your friends on a casual night? You have two options: Cards Against Humanity and The voting game. In this game, participants are asked questions and must choose the person who answers them. You can also play Exploding Kittens, a fun, silly, and adorable game that has its own rules and objectives.
For us, it was crucial that this list included a variety of games. These games were all played dozens of times with different people as I was trying to find the best. These are the best, most replayable, and most fun card games of 2022.
Tichu is easy to pick up if you have played Rook, Euchre, or other trick-taking partner card games. There are two traditional cards (2 through Ace) and four new cards (4: The mahjong dog, the phoenix, and the dragon). Apart from these cards, Tichu is unique because of its mix of card-playing. Players can play full houses and straights, as well as strategy. Before rounds begin, players must trade cards between partners and opponents.
Tichu’s mechanics are simple, but there are a few clever subversions to traditional trick-taking rules that make this classic-style card game one of the most fun.
2. Exploding Kittens
Exploding Kittens is loved by families with children of all ages. My college friends and I played exploding kittens together every night. It’s simple. Draw your cards, aim at the target and try to avoid any exploding kittens. Players draw different action cards and try to betray their family and friends.
Playing this fast-paced card game yourself is the best way to discover its true essence. And don’t forget about those exploding kittens that lurk in every deck!
In PARKS, players take on the role of two wanderers who trek along different paths over four seasons. While on the trail, these wanderers will perform actions and collect memories of the places your wanderers’ visit. These memories are represented by different resource counters, such as mountains and forests. Collecting these memories in sets allows players to trade them in for a visit to a national park at the end of each hike.
Each trail represents a season, and with each season, the trails change and grow longer. The paths, represented by tiles, are shuffled between seasons and relaid for the next round. Resources can be difficult to obtain, especially when someone is in the location you are trying to reach! Campfires allow you to share space and time with other hikers. Canteens and equipment can also be used to increase your access to resources through the game. It’s going to be difficult to pull off building your engine compared to the park spend, but we bet you’re up to the challenge. Welcome to PARKS!
PARKS is a celebration of US National Parks featuring illustrious art from Fifty-Nine Parks.
4. Time Stories
Time Stories is an amazing game. It’s a simple deck with cards that can propel you across dimensions and time. It also guides you through beautiful settings and brings Lovecraftian monsters to your face — and this is just the first campaign.
Time Stories allows players to investigate mysteries in a variety of settings, including ancient Egypt and zombie-infested areas. Your decisions affect the stories. Your ability to solve the mystery depends on how well you cooperate with others, your problem-solving skills, and your ability to adapt to changes made by the game.
Time Stories is not perfect. There are many chat boards online where people debate which stories are the best and which ones could be better balanced. Even small imbalances can be caused by the game’s enormous ambition. It’s difficult not to feel overwhelmed every time you play this card game.
In the two-player game Watergate, one player represents the Nixon administration and tries not to resign until the end of the game, while the other player represents the Washington Post and tries to prove the connections between Nixon and some of his informants.
In June 1972, five men were arrested at the Watergate building in Washington. What appears to be a third-rate break-in attempt at the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee prompts Washington Post journalists Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein to launch a thorough investigation. Over the next two years, they discover that the five White House men have been ordered to spy on political opponents. As a result, President Richard Nixon resigned in 1974 to avoid impeachment.
In Watergate, one player takes on the role of a journalist while the other embodies the Nixon administration – each with a unique set of cards. To win, the Nixon administration must build enough momentum to make it to the end of the president’s term, while the journalist must gather enough evidence to directly link two whistleblowers to the president. Of course, the government will do everything in its power to stifle any evidence.
The story of Watergate is included in the game.
Nominated for 9 awards, 4 won.
While card games are fun, they can be difficult for visual learners. Most of the action takes place between cards. There are many great options for games that combine cards and a central board. Everdell is one such game.
Everdell combines tableau-building with traditional meeple placements on a central board. This game is rich in strategic elements, but it’s also charming. You recruit woodland creatures to your settlement and then build structures with wood, stone, and resin.
Everdell is one of the most beautiful games for those who are more artistic-minded.
7. balance of terror
“Now the trumpet calls us again, not as a call to bear arms, though we need arms; not as a call to battle, though we are contested – as a call to bear the burden of a long evening battle.” John F Kennedy.
In 1945, unlikely allies brought down Hitler’s war machine while mankind’s most devastating weapons brought the Japanese Empire to its knees in a firestorm. Where once there were many great powers, there were only two. The world had months barely to sigh its collective relief before a new conflict threatened. In contrast to the titanic struggles of previous decades, this conflict would not primarily be fought by soldiers and tanks but by spies and politicians, scientists and intellectuals, artists and traitors. Balance of Terror is a two-player game that simulates the forty-five-year dance of intrigue, prestige, and occasional warfare between the Soviet Union and the United States. The whole world is the stage where these two titans fight to make the world safe for their own ideologies and ways of life. The game begins amidst the ruins of Europe, with the two new “superpowers” crawling over the rubble of World War II, and ends in 1989 when only the United States remained standing.
Balance of Terror inherits its core systems from the card-driven classics We the People and Hannibal: Rome vs. Carthage. It’s a fast-playing, complex game in that tradition. The game map is a world map of time where players move units and influence to gain allies and control of their superpower. As with GMT’s other card-driven games, decision-making is challenging; how to make the best use of your maps and units when resources are constantly limited?
Balance of Terror’s Event cards adds detail and flavor to the game. They cover a variety of historical events, from the Arab-Israeli conflicts of 1948 and 1967, through Vietnam and the US peace movement, to the Cuban Missile Crisis, and other incidents that brought the world to the brink of nuclear annihilation. Subsystems capture the prestigious space race as well as nuclear tensions with the possibility of ending the nuclear war.
Nominated for 6 awards, 5 won.
8. Wonders: Duel
7 Wonders: Duel is a clever card-drafting game that adds a bit of weight to two-player card games. Each player attempts to build civilizations in three different eras. They draw cards that can help them pursue scientific or military dominance, increase their resources, and create various Wonders.
This competitive game is more fluid than Everdell’s larger strategy games. The card-drafting system gives you surprising opportunities to trap or block your opponent. This is a great game to play for multiple sessions.
9. Twilight Struggle
Twilight Struggle combines the strategic complexity of “big” games with the simplicity of traditional conquest games like Risk. As you battle for dominance, presence, and complete control in various battleground areas around the globe, one player plays the USSR while the other takes on the role of the United States. Each side aims to place a man on Mars, reduce the DEFCON status by military operations, and avoid nuclear war (an immediate loss) while trying to spread their influence around the globe in a tug-of-war for global power.
Twilight Struggle is not for everyone. It’s a time investment, and your brain might feel like mush after the first play. Few games are as satisfying to play, no matter how you win.
10. The Voting Game
What friend do you think would survive a zombie apocalypse, and what are your thoughts? Or, who has the most outrageous Google search history? The Voting Game will ask you and your friends all these questions, and then each person will vote for the card they think is best. I enjoy playing card games that require your group to think critically and expose one another. The Voting Game is a great choice for any small gathering or kickback and will guarantee a laugh-outable time.
11. King of New York
There’s always something going on in the city that never sleeps. Maybe it’s the lights, maybe it’s the energy, or maybe it’s the giant monsters trying to destroy the place!
King of New York is a standalone game by designer Richard Garfield that retains the core ideas of King of Tokyo while opening up new ways to play. As with KoT, your goal is to be the first monster to collect 20 Victory Points (VPs) or the last monster to stand. When it is your turn, you roll six dice up to three times and then perform the actions with those dice. Claws deal damage to other monsters, hearts heal damage to yourself, and energy is stored so you can purchase power cards that offer unique effects unavailable to anyone else.
What’s new about King of New York is that now you can try to be a star in the big city; more specifically, you can achieve “fame” that networks you as VPs, but superstar status is fleeting, so enjoy your time in the spotlight.
The playing field for the King of New York is larger than the King of Tokyo, with each monster occupying a borough in the city and each trying to shine in Manhattan. When you attack, you can drive out a monster in another district, whether it’s escaping military forces or finding new opportunities. Yes, smash because now you can destroy buildings and get bonuses for doing so, but the more destruction you cause, the more intense the military response.
King of New York’s monsters can be used in King of Tokyo and vice versa, but the power cards are specific to that game.
It is undisputed that strikers are among the most important players in a football team. They are responsible for scoring goals and helping their team win games. That’s why it’s so important to have a good striker in a top team.
In this post, we take a look at the 19 best strikers in the world right now. These players often make a difference on their team!
1. Robert Lewandowski
The Pole broke the 30-goal mark for the third time in four years in the 21-22 season. He’s a phenomenon, and at 33, he doesn’t seem to be slowing down. His value on the transfer market is a whopping €80m. Lewandowski is still one of the best footballers in the world.
2. Cristiano Ronaldo
Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the greatest strikers of all time. The Portuguese star has scored countless goals in his career and shows no signs of slowing down. He is currently playing for Manchester United FC, and he is sure he will help them win games. His value on the transfer market is around 66 million euros.
3. Karim Benzema
Karim is one of the few players in the world who can always be counted on to score a goal. He is a persistent pressing player, and hardly anyone is as confident under pressure. Benzema could be forgiven for taking his foot off the gas at 34, but he seems to be getting more of a goal threat by the week.
At the moment he is one of the top footballers in the world. This is also confirmed by his market value of 210 million euros.
4. Kylian Mbappe
Mbappe sets the benchmark in France’s Ligue 1 with 44 in the 2020/21 season. At just 23 years old, the world champion has already scored over 125 goals in the French premier club.
His target for next season seems to be Real Madrid – with him in attack, the Spaniards could become even more unstoppable.
5. Erling Haaland
With a market value of €177m, Erling Haaland is one of the best young strikers out there. Haaland’s speed, strength, and remarkable composure have made him a desirable man who, after his stint at Borussia Dortmund, is now moving to Manchester City in England.
The Norwegian will almost certainly win the Ballon d’Or at some point. It could turn into something truly incredible.
No other striker on this list combines goalscoring and creativity like the England captain, who is set to surpass 20 goals and 10 assists for the second straight season.
It’s possible Kane will be allowed to leave Tottenham this summer as planned. If someone picks him up next season, he’ll be an instant leader in the Premier League and Champions League.
7. Romelu Lukaku
Chelsea’s Romelu Lukaku scored 30 goals for Inter FC and the Serie A title in the 2020/21 season. He currently plays for Chelsea, where he was the seventh most expensive player, the most expensive Belgian player ever. From a young age, Lukaku was a tall and physically strong striker with an eye for goal. He is known for using his physicality to easily get past defenders.
8. Dusan Vlahovic
Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic has been in impressive form since joining Juventus in January for around €70m, scoring 17 goals in Serie A by the end of December.
The Serb has scored in under 33 seconds and has been a good, if unspectacular, player for the club so far. At 22, the striker still has a bright future ahead of him.
9. Ciro Immobile
Immobile is one of the biggest climbers in Italy’s top flight. The Lazio striker has been Serie A’s top scorer for the past three years, scoring 20 or more goals each season.
His previous stints at Juventus and Borussia Dortmund didn’t work out, but the Euro 2020 winner seems content with his place in the world. At Lazio, he has achieved god-like status.
10. Andre Silva
RB Leipzig is happy to have Andre Silva, who has scored 29 goals in the Bundesliga. The Portuguese professional footballer comes from the academy of Porto. He impressed during his time in the reserves before making his first-team debut in 2015.
He moved from Eintracht Frankfurt to RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga for an alleged transfer fee of 23 million euros.
Situated inland on the River Avon and with access to the Bristol Channel, Bristol has an illustrious history as one of England’s oldest ports. It was a favorite port of departure for the New World after John Cabot’s voyage to North America in 1497. To celebrate this event, the Cabot Tower in Brandon Hill Park was erected on the 400th anniversary of Cabot’s voyage. Bristol was also a trading center and Royalist headquarters during the English Civil War. Shipbuilding has been a mainstay of Bristol’s economy for centuries, reaching its peak with I. K. Brunel’s SS Great Britain. Built in 1838, she was the first steamer to make regular crossings of the Atlantic. In addition to the design of the famous suspension bridge covering the Avon Gorge, Brunel was also the engineer responsible for completing the Great Western Railway between London and Bristol.
Bristol’s tourist attractions include 30 art galleries and many parks. For families, there is Bristol Zoo and At-Bristol, which are specially designed to engage young minds. Ashton Court Estate offers a wide range of outdoor activities. Between all of this and an out-of-town day trip to Cheddar Gorge, you’ll find plenty of things to do while in Bristol.
9 Top Tourist Attractions in Bristol
1 – Bristol Harbour
Bristol’s old port on the River Avon has been given an imaginative new lease of life, with its many quays and warehouses restored or converted to contemporary uses. Traditionally known as the Floating Harbor, the area is now home to museums, galleries, exhibitions, the Bristol Aquarium, the At-Bristol Science Center, and the visual arts, music, and performance center Arnolfini. M Shed is a museum that focuses on the city’s history from prehistoric times to the present day. Outside the M Shed, you can see locomotives and the Fairbairn Steam Crane, the oldest surviving of its kind in Britain, which worked around the clock during World War II, serving amphibious craft. Four other goods lifts are a reminder of the city’s commercial boom in the 1950s.
Traveling in Bristol is made easier by Bristol Ferry Boats, which operate five ferries on the River Avon. Affordable passes allow you to hop on and off.

2 – St. Mary Redcliffe
When Queen Elizabeth visited Bristol in 1574, she described St. Mary Redcliffe as “the most beautiful parish church in England.” Built in the 13th century and extensively renovated in the 15th century in Baroque style, the church is located on the south side of the floating harbor and takes its name from the red cliffs on which it stands. With slender, grouped pillars and a net vault, a hexagonal porch, and an ornate doorway, it perfectly showcases the wealth of Bristol’s wealthy merchants. Great Triptych, Sealing the Tomb, designed and made for the high altar by William Hogarth, is now in the offices of Bristol & Region Archaeological Services in the former St. Santa. Noteworthy is the memorial plaque and grave of Admiral Sir William Penn, father of William Penn, who founded Pennsylvania.

3 – Brunel’s SS Great Britain
The SS Great Britain, the world’s first iron-hull passenger ship, was based in the same harbor from which this great ship was launched in 1843. The work of the famous engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel, was also the first use of ship propellers on a ship. This ship is located in Bristol’s Great Western Harbor, a testament to Brunel’s engineering ingenuity. Today, you can stroll the ship’s upper decks or explore the decks and peek into the luxurious First Class cabins.
The site is also home to the Brunel Institute and David MacGregor Library, an archive of thousands of books, documents, blueprints, and items relating to England’s greatest engineer and inventor.
The famous three-winged half-timbered building of the Llandoger Trow in King Street, built in 1664, is where Alexander Selkirk is said to have told the story of his shipwreck to Daniel Defoe, who immortalized the story in Robinson Crusoe. The Llandoger Trow was also the model for Admiral Benbow, an inn frequented by Long John Silver on Robert Louis Stevenson’s Treasure Island. Carefully restored in 1991, the building is connected by an underground passage to the Royal Theatre, home to the Bristol Old Vic and the oldest cottage in England to have been in continuous use.

5 – Clifton Suspension Bridge
Another work by the famous British engineer IK Brunel, the Clifton Suspension Bridge, features the 260-foot Avon Gorge on the west side of a limestone plateau called Clifton Down and Durdham Down. Measuring 702 feet between its piers, the bridge was completed in 1864, 33 years after Brunel first laid down his ambitious plans. Stop at the visitor information center to learn more about the bridge’s construction, or join a weekend behind-the-scenes tour. Watch out for peregrine falcons flying over Clifton and climb Observatory Hill in Clifton for a bird’s eye view of the bridge. Clifton Observatory is also home to the Camera Obscura and Giant’s Cave.
Address: Bridge Road, Leigh Woods, Bristol

6 – Bristol Old City
Bristol Old City is a maze of historic buildings from the city’s long history. Church of St. Stephen on St. Stephen’s Avenue is Bristol’s parish church and dates from 1476. Look inside the tomb of Martin Pring, the explorer of Cape Cod Bay, Massachusetts, and the colorful effigy of George Snygge. Medieval St. John on the Wall is nearby, the last of many churches once built into the city wall. Its vaulted crypt and interactive displays added in 2016 are noted. It is close to St. John, originally part of the old city wall, famous for the figures of Brennus and Belinus, the mythical founders of Bristol, Christmas Steps, an ancient alley paved in 1669 and now lined with antique and gift shops.
On the corner of Broad Street and Corn is the Neoclassical Old Council House, built in 1827. Across Corn Street, the Palladian-style Exchange (built 1743) is noted for its four outdoor tables, the brass “nails” on which Bristol merchants settled their transactions and gave rise to the expression “paying by the nail.” Covered St. Patrick’s Square Mikołaja, with over 60 stalls, is adjacent to the Stock Exchange at Św. Mikołaja Street. On Wednesdays, the Farmers’ Fair is held on Corn and Wina Streets.

7 – Blaise Castle Estate Park In Bristol
The castle on top of the hill in Blaise Hill Park is an interesting attraction in this part of Bristol. Of course, children have the most fun. It is for them that historical meetings are organized there, and thematic classes are conducted.
The building and all the activities that take place inside it receive no money or subsidies. All activities are based on the work of volunteers who carry out various, sometimes original didactic, and educational projects there.
The castle is open only a few hours a week, but the city that currently owns it is open to any suggestions and ideas. So if you would like to use this place to implement your own interesting ideas, there should be no problem with obtaining permission.
8 – Bristol Museum & Art Gallery
Another major attraction is the Museum & Art Gallery in Kingsdown, which is full of unusual exhibits. The museum has a small but very interesting collection of Egyptian artifacts. Besides, there is a botanical department and a rich collection of Chinese art. You will also find exhibitions of paintings and ceramics here.
Thematic exhibitions are often organized here. Some time ago, on the occasion of the Chinese New Year, meetings with representatives of the Chinese community were held in the museum halls for several days. You could try traditionally prepared tea and watch the performances of the masters of eastern martial arts.
Walking through the exhibition halls, it is easy to see how great the influence of the British Empire was during its heyday. Most of the collection comes from places that were subject to the British Crown. Also, here, children will feel like a paradise intended for them.
Many attractions have been prepared especially for them. In each of the departments, there are corners with curiosities and places where you can creatively play games related to a given department.
9 – Cheddar Gorge
Just 18 miles from Bristol, Cheddar Gorge makes an excellent day trip. Highlights of this National Wildlife Refuge include its dramatic 450-foot-tall bluffs and stunning dripstone caves. Other highlights include the spectacular Gough’s Cave, with its hidden chambers, as well as the soaring chambers of “St Paul’s Cathedral” and the soaring towers of “Solomon’s Temple.” You need some fitness to navigate some parts of the gorge, including 274 steps up from the gorge and 48 more up the Observation Tower. The entry includes a cliff-top walk and the Cheddar Man Museum of Prehistory.

Other Attractions In Bristol
Not far from the museum described is a small but very interesting zoo (at the moment it is being moved to another location just outside the city. Soon we will tell you more about this extraordinary place) and a botanical garden. On the other side, the Clifton district is full of Victorian buildings.
The beautiful cathedral, which dates back to the 11th century, is quite close by. Concerts and recitals are often held there. There is a choir with great traditions at the cathedral.
Events And Cultural Events In Bristol
In addition to attractive places, the city offers many events held annually.
The most famous is the Baloon Fiesta organized every year around August. Balloonists come from all over the world to organize flights over the city within a few days. To see how impressive the over a hundred balloons hanging over the city are, you have to see it.
Another big event is the Kite Bristol Festival. Enthusiasts from almost all over the world release real miracles into the sky. The most recent hit was a life-size whale floating in the wind.
In addition to professionals, the shows can be attended by guests who will report their willingness to participate at the right time. If you can build an interesting kite and want to show it off, you have to be here around September.
Transportation In Bristol
Transport in the city works well and work still being done to improve it. City buses appear at stops on time and quite often.
A very convenient hop-on and offline works. We pay for a ticket for the whole day or several days and just jump on or off the bus as we please. The vehicles are traditional double-decker buses with an open second floor. Sitting on the bus, we can listen to stories about the places we pass.
A day ticket costs £15 and children pay £9. You can save some money by buying your ticket online.
In addition to buses, you can get around the city center by water routes. Ferry Service boats run regularly between various points in the harbor. It’s nice to see the city from this perspective, and we don’t stand in traffic jams.
Summary of Information About Bristol
This is a blog article only, not a city guide, so I can’t describe everything that awaits you in Bristol. In the future, I will often return to our city to tell you more about all its nooks and crannies. If Michał helps me, legends will also appear. But that’s over for today.
Readers who know the city may be offended by the fact that I have omitted so much. As I wrote above, there is no place for all the attractions here, and there are probably places that even we have not seen yet.
